Location. The Ocean Blue Golf & Beach Resort is located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Punta Cana is in the easternmost tip of the Dominican Republic and offers white sand beaches. Punta Cana's Manati Park offers swimming with dolphins and shows featuring horses, parrots and sea lions.
