The Point Plaza Suites Newport News (Va.) is a four building complex near the Oyster Point business district, historical museums, military bases and forts, golf courses and the beach. History aficionados are 22 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, while parents and kids can make side trips to Busch Gardens theme park 17 miles from the hotel.
